Dig Ticket Entry

The One-Call cartridge is a web-based GIS ticket entry system designed for companies involved in damage prevention and public safety. The One-Call cartridge equips One-Call entities, utility owners, locating companies and excavators with an extremely powerful, visually intuitive web-based GIS tool for generating a map to locate excavation sites, marking a dig location on the map, and creating locate request web tickets for excavation requests.

The One-Call Ticket Entry cartridge provides property owners and excavators with the ability to:

  • Enter Dig Tickets via the web
  • Search by address, intersection, county & legal description
  • Locate & mark dig locations on a map
  • Submit web tickets with latitude & longitude coordinates pre-populated
  • Submit web tickets with a map image of the marked dig location

Power User Web Ticket Entry

The Power User Cartridge is an extension to Web Ticket Entry that is primarily intended for the professional excavator, or those entities that process a large volume of tickets. Pat(s) Pending.

     

The One-Call Power User feature provides professional excavators with the ability to:

  • Enter multiple dig ticket addresses within one locate request ticket
  • Map dig ticket locations
  • Store personal contact information in order to eliminate keystrokes for subsequent locate requests
  • Self-Register for site access
  • Submit locate requests via an integrated security framework

Member Portal Cartridge - Web Ticket Analysis

The Member Portal is a secure web portal that a One Call organization provides as a service to its Member Companies. Member Portal provides the One Call with powerful ticket research capabilities including spatial queries of Locate Request tickets, contractor compliance measurement and service area management tools. Each Member Company can view and analyze One Call ticket information for any ticket they are assigned including quick reference on a map of historical tickets. Pat(s) Pending.
